Yes. We offer complimentary bespoke embroidery for select pieces, including initials and names, to ensure your piece is truly your own. Please contact our concierge directly to coordinate these details upon securing your allocation.
GLOBAL TRANSIT & AFTERCARE
Every creation is rigorously inspected, folded into our elegant presentation boxes, and secured with a cedar wood preservation disc. Global delivery is executed via expedited, secure courier to ensure the integrity of the textile is uncompromised during transit.
Because our items are woven on historic looms in Piedmont, Italy, rather than mass-produced, fulfillment timelines depend on the specific weave and any bespoke embroidery requested. Our concierge will provide a precise delivery window upon confirming your allocation.
CRAFT & PROVENANCE
While our Cashmere represents the absolute pinnacle of tactile home luxury, Vicuña is the rarest, most highly regulated fiber on earth. Sourced from the high altitudes of the Andes, it is astonishingly weightless and strictly limited by global conservation laws. It is an investment in pure textile history.
Our Eco Cashmere pieces are woven using 100% pure, undyed natural fibers. By entirely bypassing the dyeing process, the textile retains its absolute original softness and structural purity, making it the most gentle and uncompromising option for sensitive skin.
PRESERVATION
To protect the microscopic integrity of these rare fibers, strictly entrust your pieces to a luxury dry-cleaning specialist who understands cashmere and vicuña. Never machine wash, tumble dry, or expose the fabric to harsh chemical detergents.
Natural fibers are susceptible to environmental damage. We include a complimentary cedar wood disc in our presentation boxes as it serves as a natural, elegant moth-repellent, ensuring your heirloom remains flawless for generations
